Carecenta EVV

Carecenta EVV is a mobile workforce and electronic visit verification application for authorized caregivers, nurses, and other personnel of healthcare and home-care organizations that use the Carecenta platform.

With Carecenta EVV, authorized users can:

• Connect to their Carecenta agency
• View assigned clients and scheduled visits
• See current, upcoming, and recent visit information
• Review schedules, maps, routes, addresses, and estimated travel
• Register location-enabled EVV sign-in and sign-out events
• Complete assigned care-plan and service tasks
• Enter visit notes
• Capture employee and client signatures
• Access authorized client-chart information
• Continue supported visit workflows while offline and synchronize pending events when connectivity returns
• Use the app in supported languages selected by the user or organization

Carecenta EVV is designed for professional use. Access requires an active account created and managed by a participating healthcare or home-care organization. The app does not offer public account registration. Available clients, visits, records, permissions, and features depend on the user’s organization and assigned access.

Location access may be required when registering EVV attendance, verifying distance from a client location, or using mapping and routing features. Carecenta EVV may temporarily store synchronized visit information and pending EVV events on the device to support offline operation.

Carecenta EVV does not display behavioral advertising and does not sell personal information collected through the app. Information is handled according to the Carecenta EVV Privacy Policy and the policies and instructions of the user’s employing organization.
