Pros

Once able to access, the app is said to be easy to use.
Allows for quick clocking in and out once working properly.
Convenient to have on a mobile device instead of using paper timesheets.

Cons

Frequent connectivity issues leading to inability to log hours.
App is buggy and often does not function properly.
Poor customer service and support options.

This app never works. The company I worked for has reached out to them a dozen of times on my behalf because "employees" are not allowed to contact them which is sketchy In itself.. And it still never works. It always misses days I submitted or the wrong hours every week for years. It's time to go back to the old papper and pen.

This app is as good as cutting my hand off with a rusty spoon...EVERY time I open the app it fails to connect to the internet or cellular. It's messing up my time cards to the point where I have to use paper time cards now. The developers need to fix this garbage now...
