2024-11-05	Cu*****	Message retrieval on the app is stuttery and slow motion, barely audible. Contacted customer support 3 months ago, was told to clear cache and reinstall. I attempted that with no success. No further replies to requests for customer support. Today I sat on hold with a CS agent (checking settings) for 40 minutes until their system cut me off. Caveat emptor!

2024-04-26	Ke*****	A company I work for used this app to streamline its operations. It was wrought with problems at the outset and continued to have issues while we used it. My boss and scheduling manager spent ridiculous amounts of hours trying to resolve all of the issues. They eventually found a better alternative in Text Request.

2024-04-23	Au*****	Worst! Don't do it. We were leaving, got the PIN to port our number, and they kept taking the number back, leaving us without a way for our customers to communicate with us for 2 days. 4/23/24 There are many bugs, and it bumps me off of the app often. CSV contacts can't be deleted individually, there's no way to save bulk messaging templates for future use, and support is slow to fix issues.

2023-05-08	Co*****	I have been recording the outgoing messages for a local orthodontic clinic for several years. This latest update has made the quality sound horrible. What have you done to this app? I usually record them from my phone and upload them to the media library with no trouble. It sounds like a garbled mess now.

Unfortunately, the customer service from them is treated as an inconvenience and problems are rarely resolved. The phone app drops calls, partially connects calls, and constantly glitches. I can't wait to find a different app to use. I definitely would not recommend this service or app. It's overpriced, never updated with new features, and fails to resolve problems small or large.

2022-02-01	Ri*****	Calls keep dropping or I'm not able to dial out, the app will close and/or shut down. It looks like the only way to contact support is though email. Dis that twice with no response. Very glitchy when using it on my phone. Sorry disappointed. Doesn't help me when I have to work from home.

2022-01-17	Je*****	Works great when it works. I was able to receive text messages through the app but it doesn't work anymore. I can now only get texts if using a desktop. This is very frustrating as I was able to keep up on work from home but am now unable to since the mobile and Chromebook app does not show texts anymore.

2021-12-09	S *****	Very helpful in making small changes to your phone system but you will still have to call to make changes to the phone tree and customer service is not great. It is helpful to to have it though because it is easy to transfer calls or override the voicemail if you need to be out of the office. You will still need to reset greetings from the actual phone from my understanding.

It comes with a physical phone, a cell phone app, multiple users for the same price, and a computer app, all of which work seamlessly and flawlessly. The onboarding is easy, and incredibly customizable!

Our phones have been down for a week costing us a significant amount of business and we cannot ever get ahold of anyone at the company to get help. Used to be great when we started with 2 years ago and has gone significantly downhill. It is unfortunate because the features are great but the lack of troubleshooting assist is terrible.
