Message retrieval on the app is stuttery and slow motion, barely audible. Contacted customer support 3 months ago, was told to clear cache and reinstall. I attempted that with no success. No further replies to requests for customer support. Today I sat on hold with a CS agent (checking settings) for 40 minutes until their system cut me off. Caveat emptor!

A company I work for used this app to streamline its operations. It was wrought with problems at the outset and continued to have issues while we used it. My boss and scheduling manager spent ridiculous amounts of hours trying to resolve all of the issues. They eventually found a better alternative in Text Request.
