Water Tracker: Sipster

You already know you should drink more water. Sipster is the water tracker that actually makes it happen — a tap to log, a nudge when you drift, and a daily water intake goal built around your body instead of a random number.

A GOAL THAT IS ACTUALLY YOURS
Most apps pick "8 glasses" and hope. Sipster calculates your daily water tracker goal from your weight, body profile, activity level and climate — and then shows you the maths in plain language, so you can see exactly where the number came from and adjust it yourself any time.

LOGGING IN ONE TAP
- Quick-add cups for the sizes you actually drink
- 58 built-in drinks — water, sparkling, coconut water, teas, coffee, juice, milk, sports drinks and more
- Every drink carries its own hydration factor, so a coffee does not count the same as a glass of water
- Log backwards in time when you forget, edit or delete anything
- Millilitres, litres, US or UK ounces, pints — your units, your call

A WATER REMINDER THAT IS NOT ANNOYING
- Choose your own interval: every 60, 90, 120 or 180 minutes
- Reminders run only inside your waking window, so nothing buzzes at 3am
- Smart reminders adapt to what you have already logged instead of nagging blindly
- A drink water reminder that survives a phone restart

WATCH THE HABIT BUILD
- A live progress ring and a filling vessel that make today obvious at a glance
- Streaks, and 20+ achievements from "Three in a row" to "A whole year"
- Guided challenges — Clear Week, Two Litre Habit, Front-Load the Day, Caffeine Ceiling and more
- History with weekly and monthly charts of your daily water intake
- Insights that name the actual problem: which weekday you slip, where your long dry gaps are

BEYOND WATER
- Track caffeine and alcohol alongside hydration
- Custom drink types with your own hydration factors
- A handbook explaining the why behind hydration, with no pseudo-science and no medical claims

PRIVATE AND OFFLINE FIRST
Your hydration data lives on your device. There is no account required to use the app, nothing to sign up for, and your intake history is never sold. Sign in only if you want cloud backup.

WHO IT IS FOR
Anyone who has searched for a drink water app, a hydration app, a daily water tracker, a water drinking goal app or a water tracker with reminders and found something either too basic to help or too bloated to open. Sipster is for the gym in the morning, the desk at 3pm, the hot summer week when you forget entirely. It is a daily water intake tracker you will still be using next month — and if you own a smart water bottle app that never quite stuck, this is the simpler thing that does.
