| 2024-08-22 | Not only is this a great system for inground pool monitoring, they also have great customer service. After rushing through an order of S2 cassettes I realized later in the week that I had inadvertently selected a past shipping address. I contacted customer service via email, the team quickly responded and dispatched a courtesy shipment to resolve my issue. Saving me the time of trying to deal with UPS. Keep up the good work, and thanks. | ||

| 2024-05-25 | On my 3rd unit in 3 weeks. Hopefully this one works. Customer service is exceptional and replace units without issue. It is getting old having to replace them every week cuz they are not working. Current one seems to be working but not getting pool temperature on app. However Alexa skill has it updated so I know unit is working. Update.. I deleted the app and installed the previous version. Pool temp show right on top of screen. Looks like it is a app version that needs to be addressed | ||
