This app is incredibly poorly designed. It's nearly impossible to tell if a button is currently on or off, and the values displayed are completely meaningless. Are they liters? Gallons? Barrels? Kilograms? There's no way to know! The text alignment on the buttons is also a mess. I couldn't even turn off the flow when I tried. I am going to install a manual stopper tap control on top of this. I cannot completely depend on this app and I cannot remove it because the entire society is using it.

The app shows 4 times more water consumption than I utilise. I tested multiple time even checked by plumber there is no leakage, no issues with pipelines. Customer care just doesn't respond promptly.
