2024-11-09	Ja*****	I recently submitted a termination request for my flat, but I haven’t yet removed my belongings or returned the main door keys. Despite this, Wasl changed the lock without notifying me, leaving me locked out of my flat. This happened even though I’ve paid rent until November 17th. Be aware that Wasl may have a spare key to your flat, so I wouldn’t recommend leaving any valuables behind. Please take caution, everyone.
