Poor Management and Maintenance Standards, Incredibly frustrating experience with WASL.The management and maintenance standards are alarmingly low. Basic maintenance is consistently neglected. Repairs are either delayed or do. Repairs are either delayed or done so poorly that issues keep resurfacing. Simple fixes take ages, and in the rare case that someone does come, the work is rushed and incomplete.Inexperienced Management Team. Unqualified Maintenance Crew.

I recently submitted a termination request for my flat, but I haven’t yet removed my belongings or returned the main door keys. Despite this, Wasl changed the lock without notifying me, leaving me locked out of my flat. This happened even though I’ve paid rent until November 17th. Be aware that Wasl may have a spare key to your flat, so I wouldn’t recommend leaving any valuables behind. Please take caution, everyone.
