When WhatsApp saves media to your gallery, it strips or overwrites the original EXIF metadata, making all your photos and
videos appear as if they were taken on the day you received them. WaMedia Fixer reads the date encoded in the WhatsApp
filename (e.g. IMG-20181121-WA0003.jpg) and writes it back as the correct EXIF date — so your gallery is sorted the way it
should be.
