The Timestamp Change Tool is a Chrome extension designed to adjust the update dates of image files seamlessly. When moving photos from devices like smartphones to an SD card, the original update timestamps can change, leading to disorganized photo libraries. This tool syncs the file's update date and time with the original photographing date and time stored in the image's Exif metadata.

Featuring five flexible adjustment patterns—ranging from matching the exact photographing date to detailed hour and minute corrections with optional lag time—the tool helps maintain accurate file history and organization. Note that images without Exif date metadata cannot be auto-corrected. While this tool enhances file management, users should back up files, as the developers do not take responsibility for any file damage or inconsistencies.
