AP Performance

AP Performance is the sports performance management platform used by athletes and coaching staff to track training, readiness, and daily physical progress.

FOR THE ATHLETE
• Daily readiness questionnaire: sleep, muscle soreness, fatigue, and stress
• Daily workout with blocks, sets, loads, and videos of each exercise
• Jump log (CMJ) and tracking of personal progress
• Wellness and performance history always at hand

FOR THE COACHING STAFF
• Team readiness dashboard, with alerts for athletes at risk
• Training prescription by block, with a video exercise library
• Physical assessments, VBT (speed of execution), and external load via GPS
• Ready-to-share PDF reports and dossiers

HOW ACCESS WORKS
Access to the application is by invitation from the coach. There is no public registration: the coaching staff creates the athlete's profile and sends the invitation by email.

PRIVACY
Health and wellness data is voluntarily provided by the athlete and used exclusively for sports monitoring, in accordance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law). The athlete can delete their account and data at any time, directly in the application.
