VTI is Vientiane Insurance’s mobile service platform designed to provide an efficient and transparent car insurance purchasing experience for agents and car owners. After users log in and verify their identity, they can enter the car insurance selection page, browse insurance types such as compulsory vehicle insurance, car damage insurance, third party liability insurance, and flexibly choose according to the vehicle’s condition and actual needs. The system automatically generates insurance premiums in real time based on the vehicle information and selected insurance types: and supports multiple plan comparisons to help users choose the most suitable plan.
Payment is connected to major payment channels such as Bank for Foreign Trade of Laos (BCEL), Joint Development Bank (JDB), etc., with simple, safe and convenient operations. After payment is completed, the electronic insurance contract will be approved immediately, and users can view or download it at any time or can take the paper contract according to their needs. VTI app aims to streamline the car insurance purchasing process and make insurance services more modern and reliable.
