dịch vụ cực tệ, từ chối trách nhiệm bồi hoàn cho khách, cùng 1 chuyến bay bị hoãn, mình và bạn mình cấp thông tin giống y nhau cho 2 hãng bảo hiểm khác nhau, bạn mình đã nhận được bồi hoàn còn mình thì bị từ chối vì lý do ko xác định lý do trong khi trong giấy hãng cấp đã đề rõ lý do. Cự tệ, nên tránh bảo hiểm VBI.

VBI không cung cấp thẻ. Làm cái app này ra chủ yếu để người ta bực mình mà không làm claim để lấy lại tiền. Chứ product owner không thể nào mà ngu như thế này được.
