Clean Kitchen is not a “diet.” It is lifestyle coaching that will change your habits and the way you think about food for life. Using our habit-based method, we change the way you choose the foods you eat and create consistency to build the health and body composition of your dreams.

The Clean Kitchen App hosts several features to help you start your journey to a better body and health, and keep you on track as you go along.

Join our CK Community! This platform hosts a live chat feed where coaches and clients interact with one another through posts answering questions, sharing recipe ideas, workouts, and even a weekly coach chat episodes discussing a range of topics from eating habits to exercise, and anything in between. Our coach chats are influenced by what our members are interested in! This is an opportunity to have the ultimate accountability and resources at your fingertips.

What is included:

• Access to the Community Chat Feed where your coaches answer any questions you have. This is a daily feed of communication between you and the entire CK Community. Make posts, ask questions and receive feedback on a daily basis.

• Access to our Habit Tracker, CK Daily Food Log, and Progress Tracker where you can upload measurements and pictures. We track your progress to see where you are struggling so you can make changes when needed.

• Access to our CK Recipe Index— think of it as a "live cookbook" with filters to search for recipes based off of food type and cooking method. The CK App is the only place you will find our entire library of recipes, including all from "Clean Kitchen: The Cookbook," and published to our website and social media. Furthermore, the CK App is the only platform you will be able to access all new CK Recipes we share only to our CK Community Members!

• Access to enroll in any of the CK Courses — including our flagship course, Clean Kitchen 12 Week Challenge! Once you are a member of the CK Community, you have access to any of our CK Courses and begin the course whenever you want!
