WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Log food fast — search a huge food database, reuse your recents and favourites, or scan a barcode. Barcode scanning runs entirely on your phone, so it’s quick and private.
• Know your numbers — get calorie and macro targets calculated from your own details, and watch your day fill up as you log.
• Track your weight — log weigh-ins and see the trend that matters, not the daily noise.
• Build habits — create the daily habits that move the needle and tick them off.
• Weekly check-ins — record your weight, how you’re feeling, and a short reflection. Add a photo if you want to.
• Real coaching — your coach reviews your check-ins, weight, nutrition and habits, and replies to you personally. Progress over perfection.
• Connect Garmin — bring in your activity and weight automatically so there’s less to log.
• Gentle reminders — opt in to check-in reminders and get notified when your coach replies.
