Voxchat

VoxChat is the official VoxConnect app for teams that serve customers via WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and other channels — all in one place, now also on mobile.

This app is the mobile complement to your existing VoxConnect account. You need to have a company registered on the platform to use the app.

WHAT YOU DO WITH VOXCHAT:

• Handle WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email, and other channels in a single queue, without needing to switch apps.

• Receive notifications of new messages even with the app closed.

• Answer WhatsApp calls directly from your mobile phone.

• Chat with your team via internal chat, without leaving the app.

• Track the complete history of each conversation, with context from previous interactions.

• Use labels, departments, and call transfers to organize the team's workflow.

WHO IT'S FOR:

For customer service representatives, supervisors, and business owners who already use VoxConnect to centralize customer service and want to continue monitoring everything even when away from their computer. You need an active VoxConnect account to use this. Not a customer yet? Contact us at vox-connect.com.
