Voxago Connect

Voxago Connect brings your company phone system to your phone.

Take and make calls on your work extension from anywhere, chat with your team, text customers and join video meetings — all from one app, signed in with your Voxago account.

CALLS
• Make and receive calls on your business extension, over Wi-Fi or mobile data
• Incoming calls ring like a normal phone call, even when the app is closed or the screen is locked
• Hold, mute, speaker, Bluetooth, keypad (DTMF)
• Transfer a call, park it and pick it up elsewhere
• Turn any call into a conference and add people on the fly
• Call history, voicemail with transcripts, call recordings with AI summaries (when enabled for your company)
• Several workspaces on one phone — calls show which company they are for

MESSAGES
• Team chat: direct and group conversations, photos, videos, files and voice messages
• Reactions, replies, mentions, pinned messages
• Business SMS from your company number
• Push notifications for new messages, missed calls and voicemail

MEETINGS
• Instant and scheduled video meetings
• Camera, screen sharing, in-meeting chat, waiting room
• Invite colleagues or outside guests by email or link

DIRECTORY
• Company directory with live status — see who is available, busy or on a call
• Shared contacts with notes and history

Your status, do-not-disturb and notification settings follow you between the app and the web.

Voxago Connect requires a Voxago business account. Your company administrator creates your account and extension.
