User Reviews

Reviews are predominantly positive, especially about call quality, ease of use, and the chance to keep in touch with loved ones from a distance. The reported problems—such as verification, data-sharing, answering, or occasional call issues—each appear only once, so no recurring drawback stands out.

Pros

Calls are repeatedly described as having clear video and audio, with little or no lag or distortion.
The app is often praised as simple, easy, and quick to use for arranging or making calls.
Users value being able to stay connected with loved ones in prison when an in-person visit is not possible.
