VisionRest

VisionRest is a simple, offline-first companion for anyone who spends long hours in front of a screen. It follows the eye-care community's 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. VisionRest tracks the interval for you with a calm animated timer, sends a gentle reminder when it's time to rest, and guides you through a short 20-second break.

Alongside the timer, VisionRest includes four guided eye-relaxation exercises — eye rolling, palming, focus shift, and a blinking exercise — each with a smooth animated guide and a simple counter. After a rest break you can optionally note how your eyes feel, and VisionRest turns that into simple charts so you can see your own rest and exercise habits over time.

There is no account, no login, and no cloud sync tied to your identity — the app works fully offline and identifies your device only with a random, anonymous ID used solely to store your own session history.
