I also send my own text reminder inadvance!! SUGGESTIONS - (1.)It would be very good if there was an option for clients/customers to get on a "Waiting List" (2.) It would be great if we were able to upload photos of services so potential clients/customers can see beforehand!!

2024-07-02	Da*****	Pros: Easy to use for both business owner and customers, cheaper than other scheduling services, sends appointment confirmations/reminders (at least in America) Cons: System goes down a LOT, essentially no customer service other than a chat feature which you might or might not get a response to, options super limited (ex. no 'merge' function for records, cannot send mass texts to clients even for an additional charge, can't search for clients by anything but name so no phone#, etc)

2024-07-02	A *****	You can fulfill a service and 3 weeks later a client can ask for a refund and get it even if you challenge it.. I think I lost over $300 in 2 years. I'm done using the banking option for this app... It's still really good though...

Still this good --->This has been a great product with attention to detail while remaining simple to use. I have used many different online schedulers and this one is easy peasy. Love the app. My clients love the app. I had a question today and the online tech support was fast and great....even though it was my own "user error". I recommend this app to anyone managing any kind of appointments.

(2) would it be possible to make it required that someone put in a phone number for text message and not just an email most people do not check emails.. otherwise this app is still super great one of the best on the market.. this app is one of the best computerized receptionist.

2022-06-02	Ed*****	Ive had visibook over 6 years now and it all of a sudden stopped being good😔 i cant use the app eventhough im paying monthly fee ... i have an android and one day my app went blank. Tried reaching out to costumer service they said theyll work on it but till today nothing has been fixied. I was using the internet version of it and now thats going down too. Everytime i need to open it takes too long i cant have clients stand and wait there too long. Or if i need to schadule gives me problem.

This is just great when I need to know what clients I have for the week! Now seeing others are having the same problem! Needs to be fixed, these are peoples businesses messing with.

2021-12-14	My*****	Have had this app for several years, Thanksgiving 2021 it crashed for my android. I have repeatedly requested they fix it. So far it us still inoperable on my device. They told me to use my computer. I cannot carry a computer every where I go. So until it's fixed. I'm down to paper scheduling. Seems for the money they charge, it could have been fixed already.

2021-11-16	Ch*****	Was looking for an app that sent text reminders to customers about their appointments and thought I would give this a go as it had quite a few good reviews. So tried it out and couldn't figure out how to do until I read an article that said this feature was only available in America and Canada 😞....gutted, app is now deleted.

I'm in the UK and im not sure if it's possible to change settings to enable me to give accurate address details which of course is a massive requirement I can't leave the state box , so uk don't have states as such but it requires some thing to be selected in order to proceed. Same applies for the zip code in the UK its post code and it doesn't except the input any ideas if these issues mentioned can be changed to suit pls
