**UPDATE** Working much better now!! It's so helpful to have my clients be able to book their appts themselves and they also recv a reminder a day before their appt. I also send my own text reminder inadvance!! SUGGESTIONS - (1.)It would be very good if there was an option for clients/customers to get on a "Waiting List" (2.) It would be great if we were able to upload photos of services so potential clients/customers can see beforehand!!

Pros: Easy to use for both business owner and customers, cheaper than other scheduling services, sends appointment confirmations/reminders (at least in America) Cons: System goes down a LOT, essentially no customer service other than a chat feature which you might or might not get a response to, options super limited (ex. no 'merge' function for records, cannot send mass texts to clients even for an additional charge, can't search for clients by anything but name so no phone#, etc)
