Neolocks Guest

Neolocks Guest allows guests to use the electronic keys assigned by their hotel from their phone.

Log in with the credentials provided by the hotel, view available access, and unlock a compatible lock when you are nearby.

Main features:

• View assigned rooms and access.

• Secure unlocking via Bluetooth.

• View the expiration date of each access.

• Temporary offline operation, when enabled by the hotel.

• Access protected by individual credentials.

To use the unlocking function, you must be physically near a compatible lock and have Bluetooth enabled.

Neolocks Guest does not allow you to create accounts directly. Credentials and electronic keys are issued by the hotel or establishment where the user is staying.
