Cancelling peoples reservations without notice, deciding another customer hadn't been driving long enough so guess you gave her unnecessary grief. Apparently 22 years isn't an appropriate amount to consider one a "quality driver". Amazing really

2025-07-16	Ju*****	unfortunately wasn't even able to get past the sign up process. if you don't have BOTH a valid driver's license and a passport don't even bother because you won't get far and customer service can't help you.

2025-06-07	La*****	Used since 2022. DO NOT RENT if you expect safe car seats. DANGEROUS baby car seats: on past 2 rentals, missing car seat strap and straps extremely torn out (half cut), had to drive 2 year old on high way like this. Due to past legal claims on accident, Virtuo declines liability: hence, no car seat verification and it comes not assembled so that it is renter’s responsibility. It’s a shame because the App is great: hassle free, responsive customer service. I hope they change their policy someday

2025-05-14	Er*****	Used to be a great service but too many issues now. The car wasn't well kept, no windshield wiper fluid. Many bugs in the app. Get server errors when trying to access to chat. Not great when there are issues like a predetermined location change for my rental that apparently never went through and ended up costing me more than 40 euros for a lesser car. Spent more than an hour dealing with this making me late for my appointment. Love the concept. Used to be great. Can't recommend anymore.
