Beware: they’ll happily give you a car with a tank only 3/4 full, but return it with just 1 liter missing and you’ll be charged €38. Worse, their app shows different starting fuel levels depending on the screen. Return it with more fuel and you get no refund. On another occasion, they hadn’t paid the parking fee, so I was stuck at the exit gates and had to pay myself. They refunded me three weeks later.

Virtuo will find a way to charge you. They hit me with a £90 cleaning fee, allegedly for "very dirty conditions," backed by a single photo of some crumbs sent a full week after the rental.
