2026-07-07	Ha*****	Absolute garbage scam of a company. Buys ad space to look like an official ticket source and then resells tickets at a huge markup. To make it worse the "tickets" I received say in red at the top that the document isn't actually my tickets and to "see below for details" but there are no details below. So embarrassed to have been taken in by this trap.

2026-07-07	He*****	I like the app experience a lot, but I feel like Viator marks up the experiences by more than 100% most of the time. Lots can be found on the official websites for much, much cheaper than offered through Viator.

2026-07-06	Gi*****	Buyer beware. I booked my tour weeks ago and now I'm having to cancel all together to put in a new credit card and book a new one. Because there's no credit card showing on this app, which makes no sense. Whatsoever, There's no link to just enter a credit card. i know I had to enter a credit card when I booked. so now I have to permanently cancel and start over.So I won't be using this app anymore and will go back to using tripadvisor.
