app is absolutely useless, total garbage, and nexus tours service is horrible, they never came to pick me up, no refund either, had to pay for a taxi.

I was "forced" to use this app during my last Caribbean vacation in order to complete airport transfers between the destination airport and resort. unfortunately, I am now being inundated on my cellphone with Nexus advertising, sometimes as many as 10 adverts per day! if you need it on a vacation, use it and then remove the app as soon as you no longer need it.
