ViaStop is the looper for your workouts: simply sequence "markers," save them, and loop them. You can build an entire workout module—from warm-up to final stretch—and perform it in one go. No account, no connection: everything is local and offline, on your phone.

THE FUNNIEST PART: YOUR VOICE... AND YOUR FACE
• Record your markers directly from the app with AUDIO or VIDEO: shout "GO!", "STOP!", "Come on, 5 more seconds!" in your personal trainer voice... or show yourself performing the exercise!
• Alternatively, upload your own audio or video files, or use the included audio files.
• Record the NAMES or DEMONSTRATIONS of the exercises (e.g., "Squats," "Planks," "Burpees") and insert them into the sequences: during the workout, the audio or video starts at the right time.
Each series becomes personal, exciting, and—let's face it—exhilarating.

TRAINING MODULES
• Organize sequences and audio into "modules": self-contained packages, one for each type of session or for each student.

MARKERS (each can have an AUDIO or VIDEO)
• Go — the signal for "start."
• Stop — the signal to stop.
• Break — a timed wait with an on-screen countdown.
• Workout — a timed work phase with a countdown.
• Active Rest — a timed active recovery phase with a countdown.
• Exercise — announce (or show) the exercise with your own recorded audio or video (e.g., "Squats").
• End — the sound that ends the workout with a bang.

In the player, if a marker has a video, the video starts full-screen behind the text; at the end of the video, it continues in a loop while the music and countdowns resume.

BUILD YOUR OWN SEQUENCES
• Add markers in any order; rearrange, edit, and delete.
• Assign a phase directly to Go, Stop, and Exercise: the audio announces, then the phase starts — without separate markers.
• Choose timed (with countdown) or repetition-based phases: count your reps and press "Done!" when you're finished.
• Repeat audio cues N times (e.g., Go x3).
• Add recommended repetitions and "coach tips": a note that appears when the sequence starts.
• Save, rename, and duplicate your sequences.

FLEXIBLE LOOP
• Repeat the entire sequence a fixed number of times or infinitely.
