So many things don't work...I've spent too muc time with customer support trying to troubleshoot authentication issues with the mobile app. Even accessing support on my laptop can be challenging. How can the leader in this industry have many issues with connectivity?! It makes me want to switch service providers because of it. I never receive verification codes via text from Verizon to my mobile phone, and the page doesn't load when trying to get support on their website! This is so frustrating!
