2024-08-15	Ti*****	Works great until it doesn't. Unfortunately sometimes the app crashes and I'll receive a bad request error leaving me without knowing when I need to be at work in the morning. At this point, I have memorized my verification code from work with how often I have to troubleshoot by deleting and re-downloading. Massive waste of time and incredibly frustrating. I can't tell if it's Verint or the garbage Pingid app that I have to use. Currently in a cycle where it is continuously asking to verify me.

2024-07-08	Le*****	Frustrated with the app I was told to install it to get my work schedule and every month I get a forbidden error. We can no longer take our phones Into work. So I now have no way to scan the QR code to reset the app. Please Fix the problems with it!

At least once a month I get the 403 FORBIDDEN error so I have to delete the app and reinstall with a code from my office. You can't take screenshots for "security purposes" even though there's no personal information. And the scheduler function is pointless from your phone because it's way too hard to do. If the app would turn to landscape it might be easier, but of course it doesn't.

2024-05-07	Br*****	This app is trash. It hardly works. After I complete the 2-step verification, the verint app freezes up on a white screen. Force closing the app and starting over is the only option at that point; however, doing so will require me to go through the 2-step verification again. It's so unreliable that I started printing my schedule at work instead, which defeats the entire purpose of this app.

2024-02-22	Ka*****	It works great, when it works. I have had it give me and error 403 Forbidden multiple times in the past 6 months and each time I have to fully reset/register it to get it working again.

2023-10-24	Pa*****	Absolutely horrible app. Takes forever to load when it decides to work. For the last 2 weeks I've gotten a 403 forbidden error message and cannot access my schedule from home. When it does work, it prevents you from screenshotting so you can't plan ahead for when it inevitably doesn't. Probably the worst work schedule app I've seen yet.
