Improvements like previously worked shifts (being able to look at past shifts is not possible in the app at this point in time) and 'actual' paid hours for non-managerial staff, so discrepancies with pay, have to wait until pay day. Seeing other coworkers / colleagues, for better transparency. Once these QoL features have been implemented it will be alongside other rostering platforms. Unfortunately atm in its current state, which has been a year now, we're still having to use the desktop client
