Why should I have to install some stupid app on my phone just to go to the theater?

Can't even sign in. My app is stuck in a continuous loop of asking me to sign in, but when you click Ticketmaster, it says your session times out please log in again, and takes you back to the page to select ticket master. Continuously. It's been since the newest update but has done it before too.
