It's a very good for its purpose buying tickets you can also send tickets to friends or whoever it's pretty neat

A friend sent me tickets. I click on accept tickets but it refuses to recognize my Ticketmaster log in info. I can log in to Ticketmaster. So I hit forgot password and it allowed me to change the password but still says "We are not able to sign you in with that email address." And that is the email I was using.
