First my order is delayed for "Personal Reasons" THEN you deliver to an Amazon Hub locker without a code, THEN my apartment complex tells me that nothing was deposited, THEN when I chat with your team to fix it the only thing you've told me is that you'll help with a charge back?!?!? If you are a merchant who is considering using this dog**** company to deliver your goods, DON'T! If you're a customer just file the charge back, speaking to their support team is a waste of time

Terrible delivery experience. My package was left unattended in the building lobby instead of being delivered securely, and it was stolen. For a delivery company, leaving packages in an unsecured common area is unacceptable. There should be better procedures to make sure packages actually reach the customer safely, especially when there is no secure place to leave them.
