Vecturo Driver

Vecturo Driver is the app for chauffeurs who drive for companies that run their bookings on Vecturo. Your company sets up your account. There is no public sign-up, and you sign in with your email and a one-time code, so there is no password to remember.

YOUR TRIPS
• Upcoming jobs grouped by day, with pickup times in the pickup's local time
• Passenger name, party size, luggage, child seats and notes from the office
• Flight number, and the landing time when your company tracks flights
• The whole route on a map, with every stop, and one tap to open your navigation app
• Call or message the passenger straight from the trip

ON THE JOB
• Slide to confirm each stage: start journey, arrived, passenger on board, complete. Sliders mean no accidental taps.
• While a trip is live, dispatch sees your position and progress, so nobody has to ring you to ask where you are
• Report an extra stop, a long wait or an early finish when you complete
• Patchy signal? Your actions queue on the phone and send when you are back online

OFFERS
New jobs offered to you arrive with the details you need to decide. Accept, or decline with a reason.

PAPERWORK
• Photograph your licence, accreditation and vehicle papers, add expiry dates and see what is due
• Guided vehicle inspections with a photo for each check, if your company uses them
• Claim the vehicle you are driving and release it at the end of your shift

SOCIAL
Where your company has it switched on, the Camera tab lets you send photos and short videos from the road to the team that runs its social media.

Notifications tell you about new offers, booking changes, cancellations and passenger messages. You choose whether trip notices also reach you by email.

Some features depend on what your company has enabled in Vecturo.

ABOUT LOCATION
Vecturo Driver shares your location with your company's dispatch while you are on duty: during a trip, and between trips while a vehicle is assigned to you. That includes when the app is in the background, so the office can see live trips and nearby drivers. It stops when you go off duty.
