Vecto

Vecto helps business owners and fleet managers monitor vehicles, drivers, routes, daily distance, and expenses from one dashboard. View live vehicle locations and check which vehicles are active, which drivers are available, and which expense claims need approval.

Drivers verify trips with a selfie, location check, and opening and closing odometer photos. They can also submit receipt photos for fuel, tolls, maintenance, and other operating costs. Managers can review and approve or reject expenses, while drivers can sign in using a mobile number and OTP.
