We established the "Bread Bakery" in 2002 on Hasmonaim Street, close to the many people who pass by, bringing to them the aromas of bread and the rhythm of activity of a bakery full of life.
Our work begins every night and continues around the clock in a fixed routine, with precise rules: the timing, the doses, the ratios, the method of kneading, the degree of acidity of the shaor, the duration of the swelling.
The goal is one - to bring out exactly the same bread every day: the best quality, tastiest and finest always with the same look, taste and feel. Traditional baking methods, fine raw materials, and a lot of knowledge that we have gathered from all over the world have gathered around us a large and loyal crowd that comes, tastes, and accompanies us over the years.
We are filled with pleasure to feed and entertain, we enjoy seeing those who nibble the bread straight from the bag even before leaving the door, happy when they look, smell, taste. We love when you sit at our place with a cup of espresso because it's cozy and makes you feel at home. This is exactly how we dreamed it would be.
The bakery was founded by the baker Uri Sheft, who is considered an international authority in the field of baking, the author of the books "Home Bread" and "Breaking BREADS" and conducts baking workshops and artisan classes in Israel and around the world.
