AN OMAD TRACKER THAT KEEPS IT SIMPLE
Eating one meal a day? Set OMAD as your plan and FairFast counts the hours from your last meal to the next one, with a reminder when it's time to eat. Switch back to 18:6 or 20:4 on lighter days without losing your streak.

AN INTERMITTENT FASTING TRACKER FOR 16:8 AND MORE
Whether you call it IF, time-restricted eating or just 16:8, FairFast keeps it simple. Pick 16:8 if you're new, 18:6 or 20:4 when you want more. The fasting timer shows how long you've fasted, which stage you're likely in, and when your eating window opens.

WATER FASTING AND EXTENDED FASTS
Water fasting and other extended fasts up to 72 hours and beyond are supported, with a safety check before long fasts. Log water as you go.

FASTING WIDGET ON YOUR HOME SCREEN
See time fasted and when you can eat without opening the app, and end a fast from the widget.

FAIRFAST PRO (OPTIONAL, PAID)
• Plan from a photo: snap your shift roster or calendar, get a week of eating windows that fits it
• Meal check: snap your first meal after a fast, get one small tip for the week. Never calories, never scores
• Monthly report: hours fasted, goal rate, when you fast, and your moods
• Mood and notes for each fast
• Accent colours

FASTING FOR SHIFT WORKERS (PRO)
A fixed 16:8 is hard on night shifts and early shifts. With Pro, snap your roster and FairFast moves your eating window around your shifts, day by day, without making any fast longer than your goal. Built for nurses, carers and anyone on shift work.

OUR PLEDGE
