After filling the stations name, it shows error and app get crashed. Its been months and the problem still occuring. Please fix it out asap

I had requested to refund my wallet balance on 28 oct 2024. Since then i had not received my refund balance....They are just ignoring my emails....its almost 2 months yet refund is just processing.... Iam frustrated with this type of customer support.... I will recommend to not add money in wallet. Pay directly with upi for tickets. Refund process is worst...it doesn't show any status on website... I had mailed on customer helpline many times but there is not any satisfactory response..
