The reviews show chronic stability and reliability problems with Supra eKEY on Android. Users report frequent crashes, freezes, and unresponsiveness, especially when connecting to lockboxes. horrible app always keeps saying not responding and ask to close apps . I reinstalled over 4 times. very embarrassing standing in front of clients and it never opens. worst app ever. its Not my phone as I just bought less than few months. had same issue with my previous phone and that's why I got newer phone and still kept saying ekey not responding and closing the app. I hope whoever works in app development reads this review and figure out better way or debug it.

Android user - key box doesn't open I spent over 15 minutes trying to get into a home. they screen said "connected successfully - push up to get key" but it wouldn't release. another agent showed up; iPhone user - worked flawlessly on the first try. I had issues with every box in 1 day; 5+ showings. it's 2026 & considering what we have to pay to be an agent, plus have access to this app - it should work, regardless of the brand of phone.

Needs to be much more reliable. Also, Terrible customes service. Takes forever to get someone. When things go wrong, they need to be corrected quickly. They are never down or late when they take YOUR money
