Frequently crashes and fails to open.
Poor customer support and lack of timely responses.
Unresponsive interface and errors while using.
Requires frequent uninstallation and reinstallation to function correctly.

I've hated BrokerBay ever since we were forced by our association to use it. I really miss ShowingTime. I hoped they get better, they haven't. The app is incredibly slow, laggy, logs you out all the time and is an odd set-up. Both the website and app are slow, missing features that should be standard and filled with things that are completely unnecessary. Wish I could give zero stars. Focus on getting showings right; we get our listing info from MLS.
