Catastrophic failure of an app. It has sent duplicate mortgage payments not once, but twice now, and the only way I find out is by overdrawn or low balance warnings from the separate bank I use for my checking account. They are insisting the fraud department investigate this when it is clearly a problem with the way the app handles transfers.
