Used for a few months on the 4-days-a-month plan. The app is the weak point. More than half the time something didn't work. Usually I couldn't log the car's condition at pickup, so I had to message support to do it by hand, and sometimes they fixed my account manually. You also can't see your receipts or charges (like tolls) anywhere in the app. The service itself can be convenient, but the app feels unfinished and billing isn't transparent. Cancelling was worse. DO NOT work for this company! They do not review incidents with humans. They have their ai give you strikes even if there was a mishap. I was banned after working for them for 2 years over a petty incident due to me not knowing a certain policy. They also steal insurance money from you via MCP even though you opt out of the process.
