2026-07-30	da*****	Everytime I try to use tracking, I am forced to create a new log in. Does not recognise biometrics. I've given up trying to use this app. Also, no point in setting up a safe space for deliveries. Drivers always ignore this and take post to a shop that is not local. Awful service in my area.

2026-07-30	Ji*****	At least the delivery folks who serve my address do a really good job and packages actually arrive not torn all to pieces or set in the middle of the yard, or in the pouring rain like your competition that starts with F does. Keep up the good work!
