If I could give 0 stars I would. Since the app was changed to using the "agent" rather than normal tracking, it is completely useless and I have to use the website only for tracking.

Added my tracking code and searched, only to get a blank white screen with no error prompts. Their website has been down for two days giving errors, the chatbot is completely useless, and customer service is unhelpful and rude — just typical post-COVID customer service where companies can't even deliver the bare minimum and use frustrating unintelligent AI. The app can't perform its most basic function, and I would never choose Purolator if shippers offered an alternative. Tho not App related.
