Don't know why app and website made. App not fetching account details for registration, website also not working as I was checking from last month continuously. Don't know the use of these if we need to visit Office to get out work done. Sometimes office worker also said due to website not working we can not do the work. Regarding customer care toll free, they pick the call and disconnect knowingly in between call. They never provide any satisfactory response for our query.

It's a very good application. We can get yearly, monthly as well as daily load consumption which is good. We can manage our consumption by looking those consumption graphs. Only thing that is not working in this app is current meter reading. It takes too much of time for loading and ultimately throws time out error.

I don't know why this app is made.. Because it of no use .. Always freezes.. random data displayed. No options to select and it always keeps asking to select from options .. totally dramatic . When click on some options .. it's keeps loading and lading for ever .. I'm simple words.. it's of no use at all
