UPPCL SMART is the official app for electricity consumers across UPPCL DISCOMs (MVVNL, PVVNL, DVVNL, PuVVNL, and KESCO), powered by Jio. The app provides quick access to prepaid balances, detailed daily/weekly/monthly consumption breakdowns (including solar and appliance-level usage), and billing history so you can monitor and manage your electricity use from your phone.

Key features include personalized energy insights and money-saving tips, one-tap bill payments and prepaid recharges (self and guest), 24/7 support via AI chatbot or live agents, push notifications, SMS/email alerts, and multilingual support in Hindi and English.
