Another way of gritting of of someone else's work, not only was there never a need for theses companies, but they forced their way into most music scenes and other Touring entertainment like the parasites they are.. Oh and lest I forget, they keep sending bands in this network of clubs and venues with some of the more egregious practices, like taking a cut from your merch and such... FEA

2023-06-20	Ge*****	Installed this app and immediately after installation, got a message when opening the app that I needed to install the new version of the app. Why is this version that I'm reviewing (which cannot be used after installation) still available here?

2023-06-08	Te*****	Ive tried this in AL +Greensboro NC and .. in Wilson NC. I finally figured how to get to WHERE It says on red bar " GET TICKETS" ;BUT CLICKing ON THAT doesn't show ticket. Later after the Eben sometimes tickets just pop up when I'm not expecting. Thus has has halogens a at least a dozen times. I hate it !

2022-07-29	Br*****	DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SHOWPASS. They have an identity thief on their pay roll or an insecure pay system. I bought tickets for the first time in 2 yrs on a brand new credit card(had never been used online yet), and with-in a week I was getting fraudulent charges on my statement. Either their online security is severely lax, or they pay employees so little they need to sell customer's credit card information. I had to delete my years old account with them, and only downloaded the app to warn ppl

2022-07-07	Fi*****	It always has errors and never seems to work for transactions. I did an update and tried to log in and it said I don't have internet connect even though I clearly do as I'm using other apps and submitting this review, then after that it said something went wrong try again later. At another time while doing a transaction it wouldn't process my payment so I had to get a friend to try it on his phone and finally it worked there

2022-06-28	An*****	Good to purchase and view tickets from your phone without going to a browser. No share function to share an event with others. Lags quite a bit. Would like to have an option to view tickets offline. Still lets you transfer tickets even if the desc says you can't. Not able to cancel tickets.

Just tried reinstalling the app 3 times. This sucks for me because I'm an event promoter. The website won't work on my phone on brave browser or chrome. I've missed out on sales because I couldn't log into my account. Not happy with this service. Only works for me on a desktop computer and I'm not bringing one with me to the club.
