Pros

Good for purchasing and viewing tickets on mobile without going to a browser.
Contactless ticket check-ins are convenient.
Stores purchases in a QR code for easy access.

Cons

App frequently crashes on launch or during use.
Login issues, especially with Facebook integration.
Tickets sometimes do not show up in the app after purchase.
Poor online security leading to concerns about identity theft.

Recent reviews

Every single one of these ticket companies are straight up part of the problem, certainly not the solution. Another way of gritting of of someone else's work, not only was there never a need for theses companies, but they forced their way into most music scenes and other Touring entertainment like the parasites they are.. Oh and lest I forget, they keep sending bands in this network of clubs and venues with some of the more egregious practices, like taking a cut from your merch and such... FEA

Installed this app and immediately after installation, got a message when opening the app that I needed to install the new version of the app. Why is this version that I'm reviewing (which cannot be used after installation) still available here?
