2025-01-06	Ma*****	Utter rubbish!!,all I want to do is renew my swift card - for the date it runs out !! I had the same problem last year(year pass) the system won't let me!! It hasn't been updated!!!And you can never speak to someone unless you spend a day on the phone

2024-05-06	Sa*****	Used to be so easy to too up my son's bus pass before. Whatever you have done since last month or so, you have made it so much more difficult. I pay for the pass and instead of updating via the app, it crashes every time and having to go into city centre and top it up by the bus stops. Defeats the purpose of having the app. Who did the updates, Liz Truss?

2022-06-06	Fa*****	Topped up and swift card is not updating for my son to go school, I have used before and several times this issue has happened and I have to keep ringing customer services to fix it.. they should never have brought this In and change the old system with this kind of instability, another refund pending. Very unreliable

2021-09-13	VO*****	Not user friendly ! If you are use to the world of apps this one will still give you trouble from the get go ! Everything is so unclear and it can take a while to navigate the website links to find what you are looking. Once you have finally found out how to pay for your pass, it allows you to update your card from home. Really helpful on a Monday morning but very tricky to navigate the app even for me who has been using this app on and off for years !

2020-11-02	Ma*****	I can't get into my swift account on the app to top up, it always says session expired...I have to then go through Google to top up through the website, only then when I do top up it takes up to an hour for the credit to go onto my card. The swift app doesn't work and it takes too long for the credit to go onto the card. This needs fixing.

2020-10-18	El*****	I cannot even download it let alone use it for my child. This is the second time I have experienced trouble with this App and it played up before. SWIFT plays up when you are trying to use it on the bus quite aloft, as an App Developer, it should work accordingly. This needs a serious overhaul, rethink, restart and improve it to download and function efficiently 👎

2020-09-29	De*****	This App is useless! I have tried to top up and it says 'checking for updates' when I scan the swift card with my phone but it doesn't update, have tried numerous times. I've called customer services twice now, first time they said they would manually update my card to add the credit.l, it didn't work. Called them again, they said to go to the main bus station to use the collector machine there, which I did today. That didn't work either, and staff there told me they couldn't help and to call swift helpline again, so that will be my 3rd phone call! NFC is turned on on my phone so that's not the issue. Thought it was something I was doing wrong, seems I'm not going mad after all after seeing all of the other bad reviews from others who've had the same issues! Thought this app would make my life easier, the time I've spent trying to sort this out!!

I topped up online about 4 hours before downloading the app and collecting the ticket so I can't comment on instantaneous collection. You do have to hold the card on the back of your phone for the duration you are accessing the information, other than that I was surprised how straightforward it was. I was expecting the worst from other reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Just got to see if it works on bus. Keep receipt to present in case

To get a call back, for the transaction to be forced through. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and just tried to top up, and it's happened again! Absolute rubbish. The wording on the app says the transfer is immediate, but reading the reviews, it's clearly not. Obviously changes/improvements need to be made. I wont be using this again.
